I’m Omar Alokozai, a serial entrepreneur dedicated to turning small business dreams into reality. I offer digital consultation and event management services, all with a focus on sustainable entrepreneurship and long-term growth. 

I wear many hats and wear them well adapting to different roles with creativity, strategy, and purpose. 

I’m a passionate entrepreneur, digital strategist, and community builder with over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, training and capacity development, and event management. My mission is straightforward: to empower individuals, small businesses, and organizations to grow, connect, and thrive both online and in their local communities.

My journey in education and capacity building began in 2002 when I took on my first role with the Ministry of Public Health in Afghanistan as the Director of Information Technology and Communication. In that position, I was responsible for transitioning the ministry’s paper-based operations to a digital system. I also initiated and designed a nationwide training program that introduced computer and English language classes for all ministry staff both in Kabul and across all 33 provinces of Afghanistan.

As the founder and president of Impressive Consulting Company, I successfully led the implementation of more than 50 donor-funded projects across Afghanistan. These projects focused on workforce development, professional training, and institutional capacity building empowering communities and strengthening local systems.

In the U.S., I continue this mission through My Impressive LLC, where we offer digital training series specifically designed to support small businesses, equipping them with the skills and tools needed to thrive in today’s economy.

As a digital marketing consultant, I specialize in SEO, social media growth, content strategy, and performance marketing. I’ve worked with startups, nonprofits, and established brands to craft data-driven campaigns that elevate their presence and grow their audience. I’m also highly skilled in design and marketing platforms like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, and Buffer.

Beyond digital strategy, I’m an experienced event planner and community organizer, having led dozens of national and international conferences, workshops, and cultural programs. Whether it’s a high-impact summit or a grassroots gathering, I believe events are powerful tools for connection, learning, and social change.
